A simple game in concept, but difficult to master. All you have to do is touch the screen to advance your arrow and avoid black obstacles. When the game begins it looks as if you're starting in the middle of a bullseye, but you quickly realize it will get more difficult as seven different psychedelic effects begin to morph the board. A new race mode makes for a fun quick-paced break too.
What makes this a great game for couples: Online scores are recorded so you can challenge your spouse to see who can go the furtherest or complete the race fastest.
Marvel Contest of Champions

Exploring the Marvel universe has become a family affair in the past decade, particularly with the help of the blockbuster movies. Now you and your spouse can build your own alliance of super heroes and battle enemies across the galaxy. This is a standard fighting game pitting the likes of Iron Man vs. Wolverine or Deadpool vs. Spider-man. A number of upgrades and challenges await as you unlock new new heroes to build your team of Champions.
What makes this a great game for couples: By creating an alliance you and your spouse (plus friends) can strategize and earn exclusive Alliance rewards.

This is a challenging puzzle game where you put the proper tiles in the their rightful place to help the blue ball roll, bounce and teleport its way to the finish line. There are over 60 puzzles to keep you thinking. Some tiles turn the direction of the ball while different tiles act as buttons that raise or lower other tiles on the board. The challenges are quick and fun.
What makes this a great game for couples: You can create your own boards and challenge your spouse to complete them. The caveat is that this challenge system runs through Twitter so you'll need to have a Twitter account. You can also find boards from other players as well.

What makes this a great game for couples: While sitting on the couch with your spouse you can take turns on one device drawing a line and then passing the device to them for their move—also known as pass and play.
